Phenotype Menu

Associations can be viewed for each phenotype by using the phenotype menu on the left. If associations have been found using multiple analysis methods, clicking on a phenotype will open a submenu that allows you to select a specific analysis to view.

Genome Overview

The genome overview provides a clickable map of all associations found for a particular phenotype using a given analysis method. The phenotype and analysis methods are listed in the map title. The associations are shown as triangles. Mousing over an association provides the dbSNP ID of the associated SNP as well as its physical position. Clicking on an association will give you more information about the association, the SNP and nearby genes. For associations found using LME/FBAT and Cox/FBAT analyses, those SNPs that also show a significant association using PBAT are highlighted and mousing over the association provides information about the PBAT significance of the association.

It is possible to see a higher magnification view of each chromosome by clicking on it.
